What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your campaigns, creator CRM data, and history remain accessible for 30 days after cancellation. You can export your data at any time from your dashboard.
Are the creators real? How does the AI find them?
Yes. Our AI pipeline searches real Instagram and YouTube creator profiles matching your brief's category, location, language, follower tier, and engagement requirements. All data comes from public profiles.
What platforms are supported?
Currently Instagram and YouTube. TikTok and Twitter/X are on the roadmap. Instagram DM automation (Growth plan) lets you directly message creators from within the platform.
Is GST included in the price?
No — GST (18%) is added at checkout on top of the listed price. Your invoice will show the base amount and GST separately. We issue proper GST invoices for all paid plans.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first payment if you are unsatisfied. After that, refunds are not available for the current billing period. Contact support@analyticmiles.com.
Can I use Analytic Miles for multiple brands?
Yes — each campaign is for one brand, but you can run campaigns for different brands under the same account. The Growth plan's team feature lets multiple users collaborate under one agency account.
