Analytic Miles ("we", "us", "our") is an AI-powered influencer marketing platform that helps brands discover, score, and connect with the right content creators. Our platform uses multiple AI agents working in parallel to automate influencer campaign research and outreach.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Analytic Miles website at analyticmiles.com and all related services (collectively, the "Service").
To use Analytic Miles you must:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@analyticmiles.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
Free Plan: Free accounts are entitled to a limited number of AI campaigns per account (currently 3 campaigns). Free plan features are subject to change at our discretion.
Pro Plan: Pro accounts receive expanded campaign limits and additional features. Pro access is granted upon request and agreement of applicable pricing. Contact us to upgrade.
Admin Access: Reserved for Analytic Miles team members and authorized partners only.
We reserve the right to modify plan limits, features, and pricing at any time with reasonable notice.
Analytic Miles uses artificial intelligence to generate influencer recommendations, engagement scores, and campaign insights. You acknowledge that:
You agree to use Analytic Miles only for lawful purposes. You must not:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice or refund.
Your content: You retain ownership of all campaign briefs, brand information, and inputs you provide to the Service.
Our outputs: AI-generated campaign results, influencer shortlists, and scoring data produced by our system are licensed to you for your internal business use. You may not resell or redistribute these outputs as a standalone product.
Our platform: All software, algorithms, designs, trademarks, and branding of Analytic Miles are our exclusive property. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property beyond what is necessary to use the Service.
Analytic Miles integrates with third-party services to deliver our platform, including:
Your use of these integrated services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions or data practices of third-party providers.
Your privacy matters to us. Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANALYTIC MILES AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100 USD.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@analyticmiles.com.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
